Dos Pueblos Girls Soccer, Santa Barbara, CaliforniaThe Dos Pueblos Girls Soccer Program has played their hearts out to support U.N. Millennium Goal #3 – Promote Gender Equality and Empower Women. Their charity of choice is Girl Child Network (based in Kenya) who’s mission is advocate, promote and protect the rights of the girl child through advocacy, networking, and capacity building of stakeholders. Over the past two years, the girls of the Dos Pueblos Girls Soccer Program have raised nearly $1,000 for the Girl Child Network. |
